After more than 15 years of working behind the scenes in restaurants, pubs, and kitchens, we knew it was time for a change. It wasn’t enough to just cook food anymore—we wanted to create something special. One night, after a long shift, we started experimenting with different flavors, and that’s when it hit us: smoky, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth double cheeseburgers. It was the perfect balance of comfort food with a bold, unforgettable twist.

Phat Boy Burgers was born out of a love for good food and the drive to do things our way. We traded the restaurant kitchen for a food van so we could share our passion on the streets, serving up our signature smoked double cheeseburgers wherever hunger calls.
